When the camera is broken or you don't understand how to use the camera |

Let us know if the camera has a trouble. If the camera is broken, you will be asked to send it back. We will decide how to deal with it then let you know about it as soon as possible. We recommend you to read the manual thoroughly. |

When you want us to change the camera with a new one: |
|

As you know, we run EOG sponsored by Canon, Inc.; we have to "make shift" with cameras they loan us. However, as Canon brings out new types of cameras on the market frequently, your cameras will be renewed accompany with it. As a rule, cameras are renewed in order of the reporting period and the reporting frequency. You may think that you want to use the same type of camera you get used to; we always try to respond your requests with all the support we can. |

As being busy with your work, you can't send reports for the time being |

We assume that kind of situations will happen sometimes not only owing to your work schedule but also the physical conditions. In that occasion, you will be able to take a temporarily suspension then restart. Please be sure to contact us if you need to take a suspension, do not stop without a notice. |

A term of your "service" |
|
|
As we clear in the memorandum we open when you start reporting, the term is three months basically, and then it will be extended automatically. In case the situation gets difficult to continue reporting, let us know as soon as possible. We hope you fully understand and agree that if you break the guidelines and neglect sending reports, we won't renew your report and the chance will transfer to a new candidate. |
